1. What is OUR HQ and what do you offer?

OUR HQ is a Glasgow-grown coworking and serviced office space built for people who want to get work done properly. We offer flexible coworking desks, private offices and shared spaces for freelancers, startups and growing teams. You get a professional setup without being locked into a long lease or corporate nonsense.

2. Where are you located and is there parking nearby?

We’re based at 24 Fairley Street, just outside Glasgow city centre. It’s a two-minute walk from Ibrox Subway station and easy to reach by car or bus. There’s free on-street parking nearby, which makes life a lot easier if you’re driving in.

3. What are your opening hours?

OUR HQ is open:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 7pm

• Saturday: 8am to 6pm

If you’re a regular member, access arrangements can be discussed.

4. Is OUR HQ coworking only or can I rent a private office?

Both. You can hot-desk in our shared coworking areas or rent a fully furnished, lockable private office. Whether you’re solo or building a team, there’s an option that fits without forcing you into something bigger than you need.

5. How much does it cost to rent a desk or private office?

Coworking desks start from £99 per person per month.
Private offices range from £83.00 to £111.88 per desk per month, depending on size and layout.

We keep pricing straightforward and flexible. If you need something bespoke, just ask and we’ll price it properly.

6. Can I book an office for just a day or a week?

Yes. We offer daily and weekly options subject to availability. It’s ideal if you’re visiting Glasgow, working remotely for a short spell or just need a quiet, professional space without committing long-term.

7. Do you offer long-term office rentals for teams?

We do. OUR HQ works especially well for teams of 2 to 10+, with options to expand as you grow. Longer stays come with better value and access to meeting rooms, breakout areas and shared facilities.

8. What’s included in the £99 per desk membership?

The £99 per desk package includes:

9. Do you have meeting rooms or breakout areas?

Yes. We’ve got bookable meeting rooms, phone booths and informal breakout spaces. Whether you’re pitching, planning or just need a change of scenery, there’s space to suit.

10. Is high-speed internet and printing included?

Ultra-fast fibre internet is included as standard. Printing, scanning and copying are available at a small additional cost, so you only pay for what you actually use.

11. Are the offices fully furnished and lockable?

All private offices come fully furnished with desks and chairs and are fully lockable. You can move in and start working straight away, with access to all shared areas included.
