OUR HQ is a Glasgow-grown coworking and serviced office space built for people who want to get work done properly. We offer flexible coworking desks, private offices and shared spaces for freelancers, startups and growing teams.

Where are you located and is there parking nearby?

We're based at 24 Fairley Street, just outside Glasgow city centre. It's a three-minute walk from Ibrox Subway station and easy to reach by car or bus. There's free on-street parking nearby.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm. Saturday: 8am to 6pm.

Is OUR HQ coworking only or can I rent a private office?

Both. You can hot-desk in our shared coworking areas or rent a fully furnished, lockable private office. Whether you're solo or building a team, there's an option that fits.

How much does it cost to rent a desk or private office?

Coworking desks start from £99 per person per month. Private offices start at £265 a month for a single-desk room, rising to £945 for nine desks, which works out from £99.17 per desk in the larger rooms.

Can I book an office for just a day or a week?

Yes. We offer daily and weekly options subject to availability. It's ideal if you're visiting Glasgow, working remotely for a short spell or just need a quiet, professional space without committing long-term.

Do you offer long-term office rentals for teams?

We do. OUR HQ works especially well for teams of 1 to 9, with options to expand as you grow. Longer stays come with better value and access to meeting rooms, breakout areas and shared facilities.

What's included in the £99 per desk membership?

Access to shared coworking areas, high-speed fibre internet, tea and coffee, breakout and lounge spaces, and discounted meeting room bookings. No hidden extras.

Do you have meeting rooms or breakout areas?

Yes. We've got bookable meeting rooms, phone booths and informal breakout spaces for pitching, planning or just a change of scenery.

Is high-speed internet and printing included?

Ultra-fast fibre internet is included as standard. Printing, scanning and copying are available at a small additional cost.

Are the offices fully furnished and lockable?

All private offices come fully furnished with desks and chairs and are fully lockable. You can move in and start working straight away.

Not every requirement justifies a monthly commitment. A day of candidate interviews, a confidential client review or a spell of focused work away from a busy home can all be handled by renting an office for a day. At OUR HQ in Ibrox, any of our four private rooms can be booked as a day office from £79 for a full day or £49 for half a day, with no membership required.

What is a day office?

A day office is a private, closed-door room hired for a half or full day rather than by the hour or the month. Unlike a desk on a shared coworking floor, it keeps conversations confidential and lets you leave equipment in place between sessions. Daily office hire suits sequential interviews, back-to-back calls, training and client meetings. For a full day, it is usually more economical than paying an hourly rate.

Every day office rental includes gigabit fibre WiFi, whiteboards, AV-ready screens for presentations and hybrid calls, and use of the kitchen and breakout areas, with tea and coffee. For one or two people who simply want a private office for the day, the Art Room at £79 is the most economical choice.

How to book an office space for a day

You can book a room online or call us, and no membership is needed. When comparing daily office space rental elsewhere, confirm the minimum booking length, what a "full day" covers and whether WiFi and refreshments are included, because these vary considerably between operators. The building is open Monday to Friday 07:00–20:00 and Saturday 08:00–18:00.

Private office daily rental and weekly hire

OUR HQ's private offices are let monthly rather than daily. If you are searching for private office daily rental, a full-day room booking is the equivalent here. For a week, you can book an office day rental on consecutive days, subject to availability. Five days in the Art Room costs £395.

If you need a private room four or more days a month, a monthly private office from £265 works out cheaper. Private offices are available from one week's notice, subject to availability, and members receive 40% off all meeting rooms.

When a desk is enough

OUR HQ occupies 24 Fairley Street, three minutes from Ibrox Subway. Buchanan Street and Glasgow Queen Street are under ten minutes away by Subway, Pacific Quay is within a ten-minute walk, and there is free street parking outside for visitors arriving by car.
