1. Eligibility

   • Only current OurHQ clients may refer.

   • Referred individuals must be new to OurHQ (i.e. not a client of OurHQ or any directly associated company in the past 3 years).

2. Referral Submission

   • Submit your referral via the official referral form before the referred prospect tours or signs any OurHQ agreement.

   • Referrals must be accepted by OurHQ to qualify.

3. Exclusions

   • The referred prospect must not have:

     • Been a client of OurHQ (or any parent/sister company) within the past 3 years.

     • Viewed OurHQ premises through any third-party property agent or broker in the last 18 months.

   • Self-referrals are not permitted.

4. Successful Referral & Qualification

   • A referral counts as “successful” when the referred individual:

     1. Signs a membership or lease agreement for a minimum term of 4 months (≈ 120 days), and

     2. Remains in contract for that 4-month period.

5. Referral Rewards

   • **£250 **for each successful private-office sign-up .

   • **£50 **for each successful co-working membership.

   • No cap on total referrals: the more you share, the more you earn.

6. Payment Timeline

   • Once the referred client completes their 4-month term, rewards will be processed within 14 days.

   • Payments are applied as rent credit.

7. Tax & Billing Requirements

   • To facilitate payment by self-billing, you may need to supply: National Insurance, UTR, or VAT registration details.

8. Promotional Limitations

   • Cannot be combined with any other OurHQ offer.

   • In the event of any dispute, OurHQ’s decision is final.

   • OurHQ reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
